New Leader spreaders, fertilizer spreaders, lime spreaders and compost spreaders at Arends Brothers LLC, with locations in Illinois.

New Leader offers a full line of fertilizer, lime, and compost spreaders. Every spreader is first engineered with advanced technology that fully tests every design element for structural integrity. Then, prototype units are built and placed in the field for "live" testing, and to gain operator feedback. Finally, after the final specification has been approved, our spreaders are introduced to custom applicators around the world.

Combining the John Deere 4930 and the New Leader L3020G4, operators
have the ability to maintain spread widths even when rpm's are reduced.
John Deere's pressure and flow-compensated hydraulics allow operators
to maintain spinner speed throughout each pass. By maintaining spread
width, operators can consistently place product throughout the fields
and prevent bottlenecking of product at row end. The 200 cu. ft. struck
(usually 7-ton dry fertilizer and about 10-ton of ag lime) capacity
allows for more time spreading and less time filling.
The dual strut design offers an outstanding ride in all conditions and
increased load-carrying capacity to keep the 4930 running smoothly all
day long. Combined with the AutoTrac assisted steering system, fatigue
is dramatically reduced and overlap is kept to a minimum. By keeping
a full spread pattern and reducing your overlap, the John Deere 4930
Sprayer will be your most valuable resource for years to come.

Whether you apply high amounts of fertilizer or ag lime, New Leader
has
designed a spinner spreader for the John Deere 4920 or 4930 sprayer
to meet your needs.

Each model features the patented (#6,517,281) G4 variable rate broadcaster.
This design revolutionized the spinner spreader industry and has proven
to spread
material farther, wider and more accurately. The conveyor system is
the heart of the
spreader assembly and New Leader has developed the most efficient and
effective
design. Spreading materials wider with effective swath widths allows
you to cover
more ground in less time.
The L3030G4* and L3220G4 models are available in 304 stainless steel.
To increase versatility, each is designed to be MultApplier-Ready so
that the
optional 304 stainless steel MultApplier insert can be added at a later
time.
The patented (#6,817,551) MultApplier insert is a two-bin system with
independent conveyors that can simultaneously apply two products at
predetermined rates.
With minimal effort, the MultApplier dual hopper insert can be removed
to provide a single hopper configuration for fertilizer or high rates
of
ag lime*.
Spreading multiple products in one pass reduces man hours, field
compaction and fuel consumption by reducing trips across the field.
Spreading multiple products at once also eliminates product separation
and the need for blending. These benefits add up to a higher rate of
return on your investment.
*The L3030G4 is a high volume fertilizer dry box spreader and is not
intended
for ag lime application.
